    DOES ANYONE SEE MY PAIN?

According to the 2021 Health America report, a 9.7% increase in youth indicates bouts with severe or major episodes of depression. This is a 5% increase from the 9.2% reported in 2020. Does Anyone See My Pain? shares practical advice and coping skills for teenagers as they are dealing with anxiety and depression. Within the book, readers will take a journey through the life of the author from childhood to adulthood." I have struggled with anxiety and depression for a significant part of my life. However, as the years progressed I learned how to use depression and anxiety to help improve the lives of others and accomplish my goals." Implementing coping skills to deal with stress, the importance of setting goals and pursuing dreams are important keys to controlling anxiety and depression. A powerful line in the book says , “If Depression and Anxiety were a person, its enemies would be goals and dreams.”
