I really enjoyed reading this book. Not only does it have great classroom manager strategies to help new/ beginning teachers, it most definitely has classroom management strategies that seasoned teachers can /should implement. At times when we have been in a profession for a long time, it helps to go back and look for new ways /ideas to do things when you are frustrated or are ready to give up. The education system changes daily. These classroom management strategies are EXCELLENT!
